How does it work?

  • You can be any age! I’ve mentored an array of people, from students to retirees. 

    If you are under 18, however, you will need consent from a parent or guardian. To find out more, please contact me.

  • As much as it’s impossible to reach perfection, you can take tremendous strides in the right direction with a little knowledge, self-care and motivation.

    In reality, working on your mindset and achieving goals requires constant lifelong dedication.

  • Each session is 15 minutes. Coupled with Activate Your Potential sessions, you get 30 minutes of quality one-to-one sessions every month.

    Need more time? Remember, if you qualify for the Activate Your Self-Esteem sessions, you get 15% off all one-to-one sessions.

  • No topic is banished from my ears! All my sessions are tailored to the individual and can be about anything - professional or personal.

  • Yes, I will keep what you say completely confidential and can explain the legal limits to this if you need me to.
